Mediterranean Feast at Cavallo Point Lodge Cooking School
Experience an unforgettable Mediterranean-inspired dining event at Cavallo Point’s Cooking School. Guests will enjoy a vibrant seasonal menu featuring mezze platters, roasted baby carrot salad with whipped feta and pistachio dukkah, poached cod with tomato saffron broth and herb aioli, za’atar roast chicken with charred lemon and olives, handmade pita with hummus and baba ganoush, and Greek yogurt sherbet with roasted figs and honey pistachio baklava crumble.
