PG&E Power Shut Off Plan
In lieu of a Business Exchange Forum in the month of June, the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce will be attending the PG&E Power Shut off Meeting hosted by The Southern Marin Fire District. We encourage all chamber members to attend the meet.
The meeting is open to the Sausalito business community and will take place on June 10, 2019 from 8:30am - 10:30 am at the Sausalito City Council Chambers.
The presentation/workshop is designed to provide businesses in Sausalito with an understanding of PG&E’s plan, how it could impact individual businesses, and how to develop a plan to mitigate/minimize any negative impacts of a power shut off by PG&E.
This plan by PG&E is expected to deploy for the upcoming fire season and is a strategy they are using to minimize any potential fire starts from their infrastructure.
